Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services in Absecon, NJ is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in a SNF/long-term care setting. You will provide PT assistant services under a licensed PT and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referrals.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as PTA in the state of practice and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation/referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
