Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychiatric and psychosocial assessments, including mental status exams, to determine patient needs and treatment options.
• Collaboratively develop comprehensive treatment plans that are uniquely tailored to each individual, incorporating their goals and challenges.
• Deliver various therapeutic modalities, including individual, couples, and family therapy, as well as psychoeducation and group sessions that facilitate understanding and healing.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation within electronic health records while monitoring treatment outcomes and evaluating intervention effectiveness.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of direct patient care experience in mental health counseling or therapy.
