Qualifications

• Must possess a master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field with appropriate coursework.
• A valid and active state license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LPCC) is required. Note that we are unable to accept applicants with an associate license, as these do not meet Medicare billing criteria.
• Competency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word) for documentation and communication purposes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires management of multiple cases simultaneously.
• Strong self-direction and the capacity to work independently without constant supervision.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working with geriatric clients is preferable but not mandatory.
• Experience in community-based settings and outpatient mental health facilities is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
