Job summary

Exelement Beauty Studio in Venice Beach, CA is seeking a licensed esthetician and experienced lash artist to join our team.

This hourly position offers the chance to work with an established clientele in a boutique studio, with professional, welcoming surroundings.

Responsibilities include lash extensions (Classic, Hybrid, Volume, Mega Volume), lash fills, lifts, tints, brow services, waxing, and excellent client care. Must maintain a clean workspace and follow California sanitation rules.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current California Esthetician or Cosmetology license.
• Lash extension experience is required.
• Must be comfortable performing multiple lash styles.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Professional, dependable, punctual, and personable.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must take client retention and the position seriously.
• Ability to work independently while also being part of a team.

This is an hourly employee position with the opportunity to work with an established clientele. We are looking for someone who is professional, reliable, confident in their skills, and interested in building a long-term position within the studio.
