Job summary

Rula seeks licensed therapists (LMFT, LCSW, or LPC) to join its nationwide network. You will provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families with true schedule autonomy and the backing of a team dedicated to quality care. Telehealth and in-person sessions are supported.

Rula handles credentialing, billing, claims, EHR, and tech support so you can focus on clinical work. You will have access to case consultations, office hours, and CEU podcast courses as part of ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Licensed LMFT, LCSW, or LPC in good standing.
• Experience delivering therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Comfort with telehealth and in-person clinical formats.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Uphold standardized care and measure outcomes with a data-informed approach.
• Create and maintain a provider profile highlighting specialties and clinical approach.
• Coordinate with admin team as needed while focusing on clinical work.
