Job summary

RG&T Solutions seeks a Lead Sales Associate to maintain a clean, organized store with a customer-focused approach. You will assist customers in locating and purchasing merchandise, operate cash registers, and handle transactions while stocking and rotating stock and building displays.

You will support planograms, help set up sidewalk displays, and may assist with opening/closing the store under management guidance, performing duties typical of store leadership in their absence.

The Lead Sales Associate plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized store with a strong customer-focused approach.

Additional duties include cleaning the store, taking out trash, dusting, mopping floors, and maintaining the restroom and stockroom.

The Lead Sales Associate supports the implementation of planograms and helps set up sidewalk displays. They may assist with opening and closing the store under the direction of management and perform additional duties typically handled by Store Managers or Assistant Managers in their absence.
