Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group seeks a Laundry Attendant to support our senior living communities with clean, fresh linens and clothing. You will operate washing and folding machines, manage laundry flows, and ensure guest satisfaction through timely service in a friendly, professional environment.

The role requires standing for long periods, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and good communication with residents and staff. Weekend availability may be required; full-time schedule in Dallas area.

Qualifications

• High School graduate required.
• 2 years of experience preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced housekeeping environment.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge and skills in washing, ironing, and folding clothes and other linens.
• Ability to collect loads of laundry and wash it according to color and type of cloth.
• All Laundry Attendants must be able to wash out stains and keep the brightness of its color.
• Knowledge in operating big washing, drying, and folding machines.
• Must be courteous to guests/residents.
• Must have good communication skills.
