Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a dedicated Laundry Attendant for full-time work. You will operate and clean commercial laundry equipment, assist customers, and help maintain a hygienic laundry area.

Two shifts are available: 1st Shift 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM and 2nd Shift 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Weekend availability is required. Reliable transportation is required because the location is not bus accessible.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills with a professional and helpful attitude.
• No prior laundry experience required - training provided!
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and quality
• Must be comfortable standing for the duration of the shift and performing repetitive lifting, bending, and reaching
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. continuously, including sorting laundry, loading bags, and moving laundry carts/equipment

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service skills when handling customer requests
• Physical stamina while remaining stationary for extended periods of time and moving heavy laundry loads
• Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing laundry areas to maintain a hygienic environment
• Monitor inventory levels of detergents, cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishment
