Job summary

The Wealshire of Bloomington is seeking an experienced Laundry Aide to join our dementia care community. This full-time role runs 7:00 am to 3:30 pm and requires the ability to work every other weekend and every other holiday.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of laundry or housekeeping experience. Candidates should be organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in keeping all working areas neat, clean and safe.
• Collect resident’s clothing and linens as needed for laundry.

• Deliver sorted clean laundry back to resident’s rooms.
• Assist with seasonal cleaning duties as assigned.

• $20-$23 per hour
• 7:00am to 3:30pm FT, must be able to work every other weekend and every other holiday.

Laundry Aide Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
• One plus (1+) year of experience in laundry or housekeeping, required.
• Organized and Detail-Oriented with the Ability to work Independently.
