Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping.

• DOT Physical required.
• Heavy equipment experience is required.

• Conduct grounds maintenance in parking lots, exterior buildings and surrounding areas.
• Oversee landscape projects and collaborate with teammates to maintain grounds year-round.
• Adhere to safety, security and integrity protocols at local, state and federal levels.
