Job Description

If you love spending most of your day outside, this is the perfect role for you! This Maintenance Assistant role is responsible for the upkeep of the grounds of Sumner Place. They will also be trained on our work order system and trouble-shooting other equipment concerns! Our Maintenance Team takes pride in ensuring our equipment and services are fully functional.

This is a full-time position (35 hours/week) with an on-call requirement. Hours are 8:00 am-4:30 pm.

Job duties include:

• Routine care and maintenance of the building and grounds.
• Timely completion of work orders.

Candidates will possess high personal integrity and passion for providing an outstanding facility to our residents. Our maintenance department stays active on their feel while lifting items up to 75 pounds, pushing, and carrying items. Active driver's license required.
