Job summary

Final Clean is hiring a Full-Time Laborer for year-round work in the St. Louis Metro area. The role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive a truck with a trailer, plus physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Experience is preferred but not required. Compensation depends on experience, with paid vacation, holidays, 401k, health plan, and yearly bonuses. Hours are typically 6:30 am to 3 pm, Monday through Friday, with some variation.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive a pickup truck with a trailer.
• Clean driving record (insurance requirement).
• Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs.
• Experience in the field is preferred but not required.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to communicate well.

Responsibilities

• Drive truck and 14' trailer to job sites.
• Haul scrap drywall to trailer; sweep and clean work areas.
• Load/unload materials as needed and move around sites.
• Work year-round with Monday–Friday schedule, approx. 6:30 am–3:00 pm (hours may vary).

All Homes are New Homes during and after construction throughout St Louis Metro Area.

Work is Monday through Friday 6:30 am to 3 pm on most days, although hours vary day by day.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to drive a Pick-Up Truck with up to a 20' trailer.
• Must have expertise in backing trailers into tight areas and have a clean driving record. (Our insurance company will deny your application if you have a DWI or have had your license suspended in the last 5 years).
• Must be physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs.
• Experience in the field is preferred but not necessary.
• Must be reliable, self-motivated, and communicate well.
