Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group is hiring a full-time Food Service Utility at MassMutual Springfield, MA. You will maintain clean kitchen areas, assist with prep and service, and support banquet setup as needed.

Prior high-volume experience and a ServSafe certificate are preferred. Online applications accepted only. Pay ranges from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour, with full-time benefits and uniform laundering service available at select locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume food service operations.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and food safety practices.
• Ability to follow safety and cleaning procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen work areas and keep equipment clean.
• Sweep and mop floors to required sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, and prep surfaces.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas.
• Assist with setup for banquet tables and front-of-house needs.
• Load or unload supplies and deliver products as needed.
• Distribute supplies and portable equipment as required.
• Comply with sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
