Mazzone Hospitality is hiring for a full-time Food Service Utility at 22 South Canal Street, Greene, NY 13778. No experience is required; training will be provided. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Pay range is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour. Online applications are accepted only. As part of Mazzone Hospitality, you will maintain kitchen work areas, clean equipment and prep surfaces, and support banquet and front-of-house setup.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required.
• Willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Maintains kitchen work areas and keeps equipment and utensils clean and orderly.
• Sweep and mop floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and dispose of it properly.
• Transfer supplies between storage and work areas.
• Assist with banquet table and front of house setup.
• Assist with loading/unloading and delivering supplies and product.
• Distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Follow sanitation and safety requirements.
