Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes glassware, china, flatware, and production equipment.
• Keeps the dishwashing machine in working order and changes the water every two hours.
• Distributes and stores clean pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Empties trash and soiled linen containers as required.
