Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring immediately for a full-time Food Service Utility at 420 University Blvd Ste 120, Indianapolis, IN 46202. The role maintains kitchen work areas, cleans equipment and surfaces, and supports meal service with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Prior cleaning and food service experience preferred.
• Maintains kitchen areas and sanitation standards.
• Able to lift and move supplies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sweeps and mops floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls and prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and cleans cans; hoses garbage cans.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assists with banquet table and front-of-house setup.
• Assists with loading/unloading and delivering supplies.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Follows sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
