The schedule runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Previous foodservice dishwashing experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided, with benefits and meals during shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous dishwashing or foodservice experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform job duties in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes, washing them by hand or via conveyor dishwashing machine.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays using assigned procedures to ensure complete sanitation.
• Polish silverware using burnishing machines, chemical dips, buffing wheels, or hand cloths.
• Monitor and maintain chemical levels and water temperatures per safety standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors, wash worktables, and clean refrigerators and food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash, steam-clean garbage cans, and transfer supplies between storage and work areas.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as needed.
