Mazzone Hospitality is looking for a dedicated dishwash­er to join our kitchen team at Regeneron, Rensselaer, NY. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with no prior experience required and on-the-job training provided.

Pay ranges from $16.00 to $17.00 per hour. This position supports a fast-paced kitchen, focusing on cleanliness, sanitation, and efficiency within our dining operations.

Qualifications

• No previous experience is required. Willing to train!

Responsibilities

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.
• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or using a dishwashing machine as assigned.
• Washes pots, pans and trays following procedures to ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using appropriate equipment; maintains cleanliness and sanitation.
