Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic skills and ability to learn as needed.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, organizes, and sanitizes all food service equipment, work surfaces, utensils, and areas per schedule.
• Assists cooks with meal preparation as needed.
• Sets up and breaks down employee meals.
• Sorts and disposes trash and recyclables in designated containers.
• Maintains inventory on chemicals (15 C).
• Practices safety and reports hazards as needed.
• Supports emergency drills per Disaster Response Playbook.
• Interacts with residents/clients and coworkers with patience and kindness.
