• Maintains cleanliness and safety by following HACCP standards and proper food-handling procedures.
• Assists in ordering and receiving food and supplies as required; reports maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed and supports production planning and record keeping.
