Lover's Lane, the Ultimate Store for Couples, is hiring a Full Time Keyholder for our retail store(s) in Kalamazoo, MI. You will greet customers, provide exceptional service, and sell lingerie, romantic gifts, and bedroom essentials using in-depth product knowledge.

Our Keyholders are responsible:

• Greeting and attending to customers on the selling floor
• Providing excellent customer service
• Selling the company's products using advanced product knowledge
• Opening & Closing the Store
• Act as Assistant Manager when Manager is not present
• Working as part of a sales team to achieve individual and store sales quotas
• Representing the company in a professional manner

The ideal candidate:

• Should have previous retail sales experience (3+ years preferred)
• Should have previous Assistant Manager experience (1+ year preferred)
• Is timely and responsible
• Possesses great communication skills

Keyholder candidates must:

• Be 18 or older to apply
• Have a valid driver's license
• Open shift availability
• Have a high school diploma or GED

Pay

$16.50 Per Hour + Commission (Paid weekly)

Shift availability:

• Sunday - Saturday
• Day shift
• Evenings shift
• Open weekend availability
