Harris Teeter is seeking a full-time Meat Department associate in a Harris Teeter store. The role focuses on taking excellent care of customers by meeting their needs and exceeding expectations with product knowledge, careful meat handling, and teamwork.

Duties include cutting and processing meat, cleaning work areas, unloading stock, and reloading salvage while following safety and sanitation standards. Applicants must be at least 18 and ready to complete required training.

Qualificações

This is a full time position. Primary responsibility is to Take Excellent Care Of Our Customers by satisfying each customer.s needs and exceeding their expectations. This requires a defined level of product knowledge, food preparation skills, sales ability, customer relations skills, and cooperation with fellow associates to create An Incredible Place To Work and Shop. Responsible for efficiently cutting and processing the complete variety of meat products to achieve maximum yield and gross profit according to Meat Standards, cleaning work areas, providing customer service unloading stock, and reloading salvage.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
