• Meet sales goals and provide compelling sales offers; handle counter offers and close sales.
• Identify buying signals and secure verbal commitment; obtain product knowledge and explore options upon request.
• Maintain accurate guest records in Salesforce and follow company policies.
• Collaborate with managers and team members to support sales and store operations.
• Maintain merchandise displays and uphold security standards.
