ServiceMaster Commercial Services in Gary/West Duluth, MN is seeking a Full-Time Overnight Janitor to maintain clean, safe facilities. The role runs Sunday-Thursday, 6pm–2am, 30–40 hours per week, with a starting wage of $18 per hour.

Responsibilities include cleaning tasks, restroom sanitation, trash removal, and restocking supplies. We value reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Comfortable using basic cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• The ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
