The Budd Group is hiring a Janitorial Day Porter in Chattanooga, TN. This full-time, day-shift role runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a $14.50 hourly pay rate.

You will maintain a clean, sanitary environment, performing routine cleaning, restroom care, floor maintenance, and waste management to support staff and visitors. Applicants should have at least 1 year of cleaning experience, the ability to lift up to 35 lbs, reliable attendance, and the ability to pass drug

Responsibilities

About the Role

• Job Title: Janitorial Day Porter – Commercial Cleaning (Full-Time / Day Shift)
• Location: Chattanooga, TN (Fountain Square)
• Pay Rate: $14.50 per hour
• Shift & Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (No nights, no weekends!)

Key Responsibilities

• Facility Maintenance: Perform general daily cleaning, including dusting and disinfecting high-touch surfaces.
• Restroom Care: Clean, sanitize, and continuously restock restrooms with soap, paper products, and supplies.
• Floor Care: Vacuum carpets, sweep, mop, and maintain clean floor conditions in high-traffic common areas.
• Waste Management: Regularly empty trash, replace liners, and keep the facility clutter-free.
• Inventory & Support: Receive, unload, and organize janitorial supply deliveries; complete other cleaning tasks as requested by supervisors.
