Winterwood, Inc. is hiring a full-time Janitor to maintain cleanliness, curb appeal, and safe conditions in our apartment community. The role combines custodial work with light maintenance and requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Clean common areas: lobbies, hallways, restrooms, laundry rooms, offices, recreation areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and carpets as needed.
• Disinfect restrooms and high-touch surfaces.
• Restock supplies and manage waste disposal.
• Maintain exterior areas: sidewalks, parking lots, entrances.
• Assist with seasonal upkeep, including snow removal.
• Perform basic light maintenance and minor repairs.
• Report safety hazards and maintenance needs to supervisor.
• Keep janitorial closets and equipment clean and in order.
