Responsibilities

• Keeps buildings clean and orderly.
• Performs heavy cleaning duties including cleaning floors, wiping surfaces, and removing rubbish.
• Moves equipment and furniture for cleaning and places back in correct position.
• Cleans assigned areas with available materials and equipment; sanitizes surfaces.
• Washes walls, windows, furniture and baseboards to maintain a clean environment.
• Seeks out areas needing cleaning and completes tasks.
• Completes tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Performs duties in line with federal, state, and local guidelines.
• Strips, scrubs, buffs and refinishes floors; shampoos carpets.
• Contributes to the team and maintains professionalism with staff and customers.
