Job summary

Chedraui USA is seeking an Inventory Manager at the Ontario location to oversee the flow of non-perishable inventory and ensure accurate receiving and stock levels. The role supports merchandising plans and operates under inventory SOPs.

Qualifications include 1–3 years in inventory roles, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and familiarity with retail inventory systems. The position is full-time and on-site at Ontario.

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrity of non-perishable inventory and receiving procedures.
• Keep adequate inventory levels to support planograms and merchandising.
• Identify missing items, missing tags, or unauthorized items.
• Review adjustments, transfers, and load bills in Soft Grocer and close as needed.
• Conduct random audits and maintain perpetual inventory dashboard.
• Communicate with vendors and Store Support Center on inventory issues.
• Adhere to company policies and perform other duties as required.

Full-time Inventory Manager - 408 Ontario

Hourly Range: $17.00 - $24.75

Store Location

The Inventory Manager ensures the flow of products in and out of the store, is responsible for the integrity of all non-perishable store inventory and supports the operational needs under the company’s inventory standard operating procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but not limited to:

• Maintains the integrity of all non-perishable inventory.
  
• Maintains the integrity of receiving procedures for all non-perishable inventory.
  
• Maintains adequate inventory levels for all non-perishable inventory.
  
• Ensures adequate inventory is available to support merchandisingplanograms by adjusting minimum presentation
  
• Identifies and acts on missing items, missing tags, or unauthorizeditems
  
• Reviews Open Adjustments, Transfers, and Load Bills via Soft Grocerand closes as needed
  
• Ensures Case to Unit adjustments are done timely for check standcandy, beverages and any other required items
  
• Reviews and executes Negative Count Batches
  
• Conducts random audits daily on “One’s, None’s, and Ton’s”
  
• Reviews the Perpetual Inventory Dashboard to correct any errors.
  
• Maintains theFlex Program as needed (cover holes), including DSD
  
• Reviews DNF orders on Promo Cops and adjusts as needed
  
• Communicates with vendors, Store Support Center, and StoreManagement on any issues with inventory or deliveries
  
• Adheres to all company and standard operating policies andprocedures
  
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.

EDUCATIONand/or EXPERIENCE

Oneto three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience. Microsoft Office knowledge preferred, RetailManagement Certificate Program a plus.

OTHERKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Basicunderstanding and ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, arerequired.
