Job summary

LG-OSS is seeking an Inventory Associate in Springfield, MO. The role supports daily warehouse operations, maintains inventory accuracy, and ensures timely coverage of designated garages. You will follow safety guidelines, perform Garage 101 tasks, and report progress daily.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of warehouse/inventory experience, with some local travel and proficiency in Pallet Jack usage and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months warehouse/inventory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure garage coverage and daily operations at designated locations.
• Maintain inventory quality with 98% scan accuracy or better.
• Be on time for 7:30 AM daily start; complete Garage 101 task sequence.
• Handle safety policies and report daily via standard processes.
• Travel 0–25% locally; participate in calls with management as needed.
