Qualifications

• Requires an Associate's Degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Indiana PTA license is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Inpatient PT service delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to patients across the lifespan.
• Implement individualized treatment interventions established in the PT plan of care to address mobility, strength, and function.
• Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team to support outcomes and safe transitions of care.
• Assist with education, training, and documentation in accordance with policies and state regulations.
