Job summary

Baxter Manufacturing is seeking full-time injection mold operators for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Starting wage is up to $17.02 per hour with comprehensive benefits after 60 days, including medical, telemedicine, dental, vision, prescription, life, disability and more.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand continuously and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Able to read and write English and do basic math.
• Able to distinguish color during production tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding equipment on 2nd and 3rd shifts.
• Inspect and pack finished products.
• Assemble components and apply labels.
• Enter production data on touchscreen computer and complete paperwork.
• Meet attendance and quality requirements.
