Qualifications

• Plan, direct, and participate in age-appropriate activities to promote development.
• Prepare children for kindergarten by easing them into organized education from infancy to school age.
• Assist in daily care such as feeding, changing, and nap time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interactive communication with parents and team members using the Classroom Management system.
• Assist Lead Teachers with classroom management and fulfill requests from the Assistant Director or Director.
• Support in daily operations and contribute to a positive, nurturing environment.
