Responsibilities

• Communication - prepare clear documentation and written reports for parents, colleagues and regulators; use diverse communication strategies to support relationships.
• Assessment - assess child development using progress reports, observation and family information; share findings with the team.
• Compliance and Regulations - stay updated on ethics, regulations and CACFP requirements; complete required documentation.
• Improvement - suggest process improvements, support budget targets, and help optimize staffing and procedures.
• Child Development - plan and implement age-appropriate activities supporting social, emotional, physical and intellectual growth; maintain developmentally appropriate care.
