Isle of Hope Baptist Child Development Center is seeking an experienced Assistant Infant teacher to join the Infant classroom team. You will support lead teachers, the director, and assistant director to create a nurturing Christian environment for children, families, and staff.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year of experience, and ability to work full-time Monday–Friday. Procare is used for family communications, and CPR/First Aid may be preferred or obtained within 90 days.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of on-the-job child care experience.
• Maintain 18 hours of continued training for the year.
• Must be able to work FT, Monday through Friday.
• Background check through Bright From the Start.

Responsabilidades

• Safeguard confidentiality of communications with families and staff.
• Foster a safe, loving environment supporting development.
• Assist lead teacher with lesson plans, schedules, and supervision.
• Follow classroom schedule including meals and activities.
• Communicate regularly with families via Procare.
• Create a safe, stimulating environment for children.
• Manage classroom materials and keep them organized.
• Perform diaper changes and clothing adjustments as needed.
• Take on other duties as assigned by lead teacher/director.
