Lap of Love is seeking an In-Home Associate Veterinarian to serve Pittsburgh and surrounding areas. You’ll provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care in clients’ homes, improving the quality of life for pets and supporting families during meaningful moments.

Join a community of veterinarians with ongoing mentorship, extensive onboarding, and 24/7 support. Flexible 2–5 day schedules are available, with base salaries depending on schedule and region.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD/BVMS degree required or equivalent.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Able to lift 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Background and motor vehicle record check required.

*Veterinarian Salary Range: 3-day, 4-day, and 5-day full-time opportunities are available in Pittsburgh, Bethel Park, Fox Chapel, Wexford, Bradford Woods, Glenshaw, PA and surrounding areas. Compensation varies based on schedule structure, with 4-day positions starting at $107,500 and 5-day positions offering a base salary of $130,000, plus additional bonus opportunities. 3-Day Full-Time and Part-time opportunities are also available in this market and offer prorated compensation based on schedule.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license
• Availability to work some weekends
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Candidateswill be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check, post-hire and before their associated start date.
