Job summary

Lap of Love is hiring a full-time In-Home Veterinarian in Phoenix and surrounding areas to deliver hospice and euthanasia care directly at clients' homes. You’ll join a community of veterinarians and support staff who value work-life balance, mentorship, and independent practice within a supportive company culture.

Salary includes a base structure with 3-day, 4-day, and 5-day options; 4-day starts at 107,500 USD and 5-day at 130,000 USD, plus bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree required.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Must be available to work some weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospice and euthanasia veterinary care in-home for pets and families.
• Deliver compassionate medical care aligned with Lap of Love values.
• Practice medicine independently with mentor support and onboarding.

*Veterinarian Salary Range: 3-day, 4-day, and 5-day full-time opportunities are available in Phoenix, Peoria, Queen Creek, Glendale, Mesa, Goodyear, AZ and surrounding areas. Compensation varies based on schedule structure, with 4-day positions starting at $107,500 and 5-day positions offering a base salary of $130,000, plus additional bonus opportunities. 3-Day Full-Time and Part-time opportunities are also available in this market and offer prorated compensation based on schedule.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)

• Candidateswill be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check, post-hire and before their associated start date.
