Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is hiring an In-Home Associate Veterinarian in Orlando, FL and surrounding areas. This mobile practice prioritizes balance, purpose, and personal well‑being, offering compassionate hospice and euthanasia care with ongoing mentoring and support from seasoned leaders.

You’ll practice independently with a team that values kindness, with flexible schedules (2–5 days per week) and opportunities across 3-, 4-, and 5-day formats.

Qualifications

• Requires Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/BVMS/VMD).
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Veterinarian Salary Range:

3-day, 4-day, and 5-day full-time opportunities are available in Orlando, Winter Garden, Winter Park, Lake Hart, Kissimmee, Oviedo, FL and surrounding areas. Compensation varies based on schedule structure, with 4-day positions starting at $117,500 and 5-day positions offering a base salary of $140,000, plus additional bonus opportunities. 3-Day Full-Time and Part-time opportunities are also available in this market and offer prorated compensation based on schedule.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license
• Availability to work some weekends
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check, post-hire and before their associated start date
