Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice in Chester County, PA, is seeking a Full-Time In-Home Veterinarian to join our mobile team serving Exton, Kennett Square, Phoenixville, Hamburg, and surrounding areas. This role focuses on hospice and euthanasia care, delivered in clients' homes, with a schedule that respects your life and well-being.

As part of a network of over 400 veterinarians, you’ll have mentorship, flexible 2-5 day-per-week options, comprehensive onboarding, and a supportive center behind

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD/BVMS degree required and U.S. veterinary license.
• Must possess a valid U.S. drivers license.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospice and euthanasia care for pets in clients' homes.
• Serve as a mobile veterinarian for in-home visits across Chester County and surrounding areas.
• Collaborate with Lap of Love mentors and practice managers to ensure high-quality care.

• Veterinarian Salary Range: 3-day, 4-day, and 5-day full-time opportunities are available in Chester County, PA, including Exton, Kennett Square, Phoenixville, Hamburg, and surrounding areas. Compensation varies based on schedule structure, with 4-day positions starting at $107,500 and 5-day positions offering a base salary of $130,000, plus additional bonus opportunities. 3-Day Full-Time and Part-time opportunities are also available in this market and offer prorated compensation based on schedule

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license
• Availability to work some weekends
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check, post-hire and before their associated start date
