Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is seeking an In-Home Associate Veterinarian to serve Green Bay, Appleton, De Pere, Manitowoc, Neenah, Sturgeon Bay, and surrounding areas in Wisconsin. This mobile role focuses on hospice and euthanasia care, balancing professional fulfillment with personal life.

You’ll join a community of veterinarians and support staff, with ongoing mentorship and a culture of kindness. Compensation varies by schedule; 4-day roles start around $85,000 and 5-day roles around

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Candidates will be subject to a background check and motor vehicle record check before start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families in in-home settings.
• Deliver compassionate veterinary services across multiple WI locations.
• Maintain mentorship and collaboration with Lap of Love teams while practicing independently.

• Veterinarian Salary Range: 3-day, 4-day, and 5-day full-time opportunities are available in Green Bay, Appleton, De Pere, Manitowoc, Neenah, Sturgeon Bay, WI and surrounding areas. Compensation varies based on schedule structure, with 4-day positions starting at $85,000 and 5-day positions offering a base salary of $100,000, plus additional bonus opportunities. 3-Day Full-Time and Part-time opportunities are also available in this market and offer prorated compensation based on schedule

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license
• Availability to work some weekends
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check, post-hire and before their associated start date
