Job summary

A Peaceful Way Home Care in Torrance, CA is hiring for a Full-Time Caregiver. You’ll help seniors with daily tasks so they can stay safe and comfortable at home, including dressing, bathing, meal preparation, medication reminders, light cleaning and providing companionship.

We offer weekly pay, health benefits after 3 months, PTO, referral bonuses up to $2,000 plus $500 after 6 months, 401k with company match, free training, and reimbursements for gas and phone.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiver experience.
• Home Care Aide (HCA) registration.
• Driver’s license and a car.
• Live Scan (FBI + DOJ clearance).
• Recent TB test or chest X-ray.
• First Aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Helping with daily routines (like dressing and bathing) and ensuring safety at home.
• Giving medication reminders.
• Cooking simple meals.
• Light cleaning and running errands.
• Spending time with clients and providing companionship.
