Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC) is seeking a Full-Time Housekeeper to help maintain a warm, welcoming home for residents. You will build connections with residents, guests, and team members while performing cleaning and hospitality tasks.

Responsibilities include cleaning apartments and common areas, tailoring cleaning to residents' preferences, and ensuring spaces are safe and well-maintained. The role supports a resident-centered, service-driven environment within a resort-style community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, speak and understand basic English.
• Experience in housekeeping in a hospitality, commercial or residential setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new residents and learn their cleaning preferences. Adjust apartment cleaning to meet individual needs and expectations.
• Clean residents’ apartments and common spaces on a regular schedule (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, kitchens/bathrooms, linens, trash).
• Perform deep cleaning of apartments after residents move out and care for vacant apartments.
• Prepare model apartments and guest suites by cleaning, sanitizing, restocking supplies, and checking HVAC areas.
• Keep common areas clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, closets, and storage areas; use approved cleaning products and PPE guidance.
