Beckett House Healthcare & Rehabilitation, a Certus Healthcare community in New Concord, OH, seeks a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean, welcoming spaces for residents. You will perform routine cleaning, restock supplies, and report safety issues promptly.

Starting pay is $12.50 per hour, with five 8-hour shifts weekly and an every-other-weekend rotation. Full-time benefits include health/dental/vision, a 401(k) with company matching, vacation time, referrals, and continuing education

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing resident rooms and common areas.
• Ensure all areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards.
• Assist in the organization of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.
