Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic cleaning skills and knowledge of sanitization procedures.
• Ability to follow directions and work well with residents and staff.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean common living areas and resident apartments.
• Oversee cleaning of the facility, especially common areas and bathrooms.
• Complete maintenance reports and report damage to supervisor.
• Operate laundry equipment when needed.
• Attend required in-services and staff meetings.
• Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality according to policies.
