Job summary

St. Moritz Building Services is seeking a Full Time Housekeeper for the 2nd shift in Meadville, PA. The role involves cleaning classrooms, studios, offices and lobbies, and disinfecting restrooms while maintaining building interiors.

You must be able to lift 30 lbs, stand for long periods and work across multiple areas. Responsibilities also include vacuuming, dusting, window washing, trash removal and ensuring safety and cleanliness across all spaces.

Qualifications

Must be able to lift and move 30lbs consistently.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
Must be able to bend, twist, push, pull, stoop, kneel, crawl, climb stairs and reach in all directions.

Responsibilities

Clean all classrooms, studios, offices and lobbies
Clean and disinfect restrooms
Clean lobby, vacuum, sweep and mop all stairwells in the building
Vacuum floors & upholstered furniture
Maintaining building interior by dusting and polishing furniture, equipment, mirrors, and fixtures; washing windows, counters, walls, ceilings, and woodwork; sweeping, wiping blinds, furniture, and carpeting; resupplying restrooms; replacing light bulbs.
Maintaining building accessibility and appearance by picking up papers and trash
Removing trash from receptacles to the disposal or recycling areas
Keeping cleaning equipment operational by following manufacturer's operating and care guidelines; completing operator repairs and parts replacement.
Maintaining safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Maintaining continuity between shifts by documenting cleaning actions; noting areas requiring additional care or monitoring
Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
