Maison D'Enfants in Tribeca, NYC is seeking a Full-time weekend House Manager/Nanny to care for three daughters and support the family with daily household operations from Friday to Sunday, 7AM–7PM, with occasional overnights.
The ideal candidate is organized, discreet, and experienced in managing a busy household, with flexibility for travel to the Hamptons and international trips. Compensation is $40–$45 per hour plus a healthcare stipend and paid time off.
Full time weekend House Manager/Nanny (Friday to Sunday) required for a Tribeca family with 3 daughters and another baby on the way, starting ASAP. Specific duties to be negotiated with the family, but in general, you will be responsible for handling the daily household organization and management while managing the children on weekends. Someone who loves kids and has a track record of working with multiple children.
An organized, proactive and discreet individual who thrives in an active and fast paced environment will be a strong match for this family. This role requires someone who anticipates needs and solves problems before and enjoys keeping a routine cleaning schedule of all areas. The ideal candidate has worked in partnership with a family/household team in prior roles and understands the demands of a busy household with two working parents.
The candidate should be a team player and the candidate must be flexible to support the family as needed with additional hours - including travel to the Hamptons and earlier/longer days.

Days/times: Family will guarantee 40 hours per week across Friday through Sunday (7AM - 7PM regular schedule with regular weekend overnights). Ability to flex as needed for travel, earlier/later days and supporting the FT, weekday nanny as needed is highly preferred.
Children: 3 daughters (ages 2, 3, 5) and another baby due end of the year.
Conditions: $40-45 per hour* (paid as W2 employee) plus health care stipend, sick/personal/vacation days *dependent on experience and other considerations. The family is open to discussions surrounding the final compensation package for their preferred candidate.
