Molly Maid is looking for dedicated house cleaners to join their team in Hoover, Alabama. This full-time position offers an opportunity to earn between $13 to $19 per hour, paid weekly, with a flexible compensation plan. No experience is required, and training is provided. Team members will clean homes following Molly Maid standards and communicate positively with customers. Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to work weekdays, with daily commuting to Pelham. Optional benefits include various insurance packages.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, and perform housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day.
• Ability to commute to the office in Pelham every day.

Responsibilities

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely if a team lead.
• Maintain equipment and ensure vehicle is stocked with supplies.
