Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice in Provo, UT is seeking an in-home Associate Veterinarian to join our mobile team. This role emphasizes work-life balance, mentorship, and meaningful end-of-life care for pets and families.

You’ll provide hospice and euthanasia services, maintain compassionate communication with families, and collaborate with practice managers while practicing independently. This position offers flexible schedules and ample onboarding to support your well-being and professional

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD/BVMS or equivalent veterinary degree.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families.
• Communicate with pet families to explain care plans and decisions.
• Maintain patient records and coordinate with support staff and practice managers.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license

Salary

• 3-day, 4-day, and 5-day full-time opportunities are available in the Provo, UT area. Compensation varies based on schedule structure, with 4-day positions starting at $85,000 and 5-day positions offering a base salary of $100,000, plus additional bonus opportunities. 3-Day Full-Time and Part-time opportunities are also available in this market and offer prorated compensation based on schedule
