Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice in Hernando County, FL is seeking an In-Home Associate Veterinarian to provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care directly in clients' homes, with flexible scheduling and strong mentorship.

We offer a multi-day FT path (4- or 5-day weeks) with base salaries starting at $85,000 and around $100,000 for 5 days, plus bonus opportunities; 3-day FT and PT options are also available with prorated compensation. Join a supportive, veterinarian‑owned culture.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) is required.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check, post‑hire and before their associated start date.

Compensation varies based on schedule structure, with 4‑day positions starting at $85,000, 5‑day positions offering a base salary of $100,000, plus additional bonus opportunities. 3‑day full‑time and part‑time opportunities are also available in this market and offer prorated compensation based on schedule.
