Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice in Pittsburgh, PA seeks an In-Home Associate Veterinarian to deliver compassionate hospice and euthanasia care in clients' homes and communities.

You'll practice independently within a supportive network, enjoy flexible 2-5 day scheduling, and receive mentorship and onboarding. The company offers a guaranteed base with bonus opportunities, with 4-day positions starting at $107,500 and 5-day positions at $130,000, plus benefits and a culture that respects balance.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) required.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families.
• Practice veterinary medicine independently in clients' homes.
• Participate in onboarding and ongoing mentorship.
• Collaborate with Lap of Love support team to ensure compassionate service.

• Veterinarian Salary Range: 3-day, 4-day, and 5-day full-time opportunities are available in the Pittsburgh, PA area. Compensation varies based on schedule structure, with 4-day positions starting at $107,500 and 5-day positions offering a base salary of $130,000, plus additional bonus opportunities. 3-Day Full-Time and Part-time opportunities are also available in this market and offer prorated compensation based on schedule

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license
• Availability to work some weekends
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check, post-hire and before their associated start date
