Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Closing Team Member to help close the restaurant and reset it for the next morning as part of a dedicated team. The role emphasizes delivering friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment while upholding Chick-fil-A's core values and servant-hearted culture.

You will collaborate with team members, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and ensure all closing duties are completed accurately and on time.

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant

• Reset/restock front counter and/or kitchen for following morning
• Clean equipment
• Complete other closing tasks as assigned

Job description

A Closing Team Member is one who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces the Chick-fil-A culture and has a servant’s heart. They have a passion for people and serving others, have strong character, take initiative and work with a sense of urgency at all times. They work as a team to close our restaurant and reset it for the next morning.

Full time closers typically work from 2/3PM-10:30/11:30PM.
